The machines are all electronic and are ideal for the higher volume outlet which wants to produce large volumes of ice cream to cope with the busy periods.

The  range has TWO tanks, TWO production cylinders and THREE taps for serving. In this way the machine can produce 2 different flavours from the side taps (say vanilla, chocolate) and a third blend from the central tap.

The deliberately designed minimalist look allows the machine to easily blend into any location. However the more colourful, higher graphics Carpigiani HOLIDAY 3 option is also available

The specialist pump gears give up to 80% overrun - simply pour the ingredients into the hoppers and very shortly you are ready to serve.

Do not confuse these top quality machines with some of the cheaper (and inferior) imports from the Far East  that are commonly available.  As with Blendtec in the world of Blenders, Carpigiani machines are built to last with superior engineering and design.
