The COLORE and RAINBOW are part of a new range of technologically advanced machines designed to pipe flavourings / syrups onto the ice-cream as it is dispensed. 3 different syrups can be dispensed. After selecting the flavour on the touch pad the syrup is instantly piped onto the ice cream.

These floor standing models are compact (only 43cm wide), easy to clean and have a poly carbonate front panel with rounded corners. The wheels have brakes fitted

The COLORE version comes complete with the convenience of automatic pasteurisation. It also has the ability to accept powder mix directly into the hoppers and for the water being added to be controlled directly from the electronic control panel.

The specialist pump gears give up to 80% overrun - simply pour the ingredients into the hopper and very shortly you are ready to serve.

Do not confuse these top quality machines with some of the cheaper (and inferior) imports from the Far East that are commonly available. As with Blendtec in the world of Blenders, Carpigiani machines are built to last with superior engineering and design.

Electronic control panel keeps mix at 4C (or whatever is needed for the mix) and allows for programming different consistencies of mix. Low level warning light for mix to save keep opening the hopper.

3 separate syrup containesr (with low level warning lights)

Side cone counter available as extra option

Enclosed exhaust chimney needs minimal side clearance (just 7.5cm)

Can be either air cooled or water cooled

Polycarbonate front panel is scratch resistant and has rounded corners to facilitate the serving of larger portions in take away cup or larger tubs
