Frigomat have been making soft serve ice cream machines in Italy since 1969 and have gained an excellent reputation for quality, reliability and innovation. The Klass 101 series is a professional range of machines designed to give high and continuous production to meet daily peaks of demand.

These single flavour machines are extremely flexible as they can prepare soft serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, custard or sorbets.  In addition to the entry level Gravity (G) fed model, a Pump (P) variant is available for extra output and a  self pasteurisation (P/SP) is available for easy cleaning. 

In all models simply pour the ingredients into the hopper and very shortly you are ready to serve.

The productivity savings in a busy Milkshake bar, as well as the quality control over Milkshake preparations can be very significant.  The machines are programmed with 2 serving sizes so all you need to do is simply press the button and the precise servings will be dispensed automatically, allowing the other shake preparation tasks to be done without waiting.

 Or if you have a self serve restaurant then your customers can serve themselves without any mess or fuss.  This is the approach that IKEA have taken.

Do not confuse these top quality machines with some of the cheaper (and inferior) imports from the Far East  that are commonly available.  As with Blendtec in the world of Blenders, Frigomat machines are built to last with superior engineering and design.
